The preliminary task was to film and edit a single person walking into a room sit with another person and exchanged a few lines of dialogue. our group consisted of 4 people which contributed ideas of a basic story and our roles were decided and soon we agreed on a story. character 1, seen walking into the room was asking character 2, seen sitting on the corner of the room help for a piece of homework they exchange basic lines of dialogue and concluded the scene. before we filmed we ensured how many shots we would need and we came to a decision on how many shots would be needed as opening the door required 3 shots alone. we ensured we did not break the 180 degree rule during the conversation and that we didn't break the 4th wall. the rule of thirds was also considered as we were very careful of the framing and positioning of the characters
